The music of La Fuite draws on multiple influences and themes expressing musical escapism trough the volatility of improvisation. Bridging their personal sounds, three strong voices on the Gothenburg scene merge to pursue inventive forms and explorations of jazz. A first album release in September 2016 on Imogena records made way for a series of concerts and comments in Swedish press; ”something to look forward to live” with their ”contemplative style”. Guitarist Tobias Andersson's lyrical playing gives plenty of space for drummer Willam Soovik and bass player Alfred Ringstad to dialogue as the group wander between written and open formats.
